Refund Policy

On the website kova.art, you may voluntarily support the author's creative project KOVΔ — either as a one-time payment or on a monthly basis.

A voluntary donation is not payment for an individual service, course, consultation, or physical product, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant page of the Website. After a payment is made, the Payer receives an electronic confirmation / payment receipt.

Donations are deemed services rendered at the moment of payment receipt; therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Ukrainian consumer protection law does not apply to one-time donations.

By making a payment, the Payer confirms that they have read this Refund Policy, as well as the Terms & Conditions of the Website.

1. One-time donation

A one-time donation is a voluntary contribution to the development of the KOVΔ project.

Funds for a one-time donation are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

To raise such a claim, please write to refund@kova.art within 180 days from the date of the payment.

2. Monthly donation

A monthly donation is a voluntary contribution that automatically recurs in the same amount each month.

A monthly donation is not a subscription to a service, course, consultation, or restricted-access content, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant page of the Website.

3. How to terminate a monthly donation

To terminate a monthly donation, please write to refund@kova.art or via Telegram to @kova_online with the subject line "Terminate monthly donation".

In your request, please indicate:

Recurring charges are stopped immediately after the request is processed — within up to 2 business days. Confirmation is sent to the Payer's email. If a regular charge has occurred during this time, the funds are refunded in full.

4. Refund of the most recent monthly contribution — within 14 days

If the request is received within 14 calendar days from the date of the most recent monthly charge, we refund 100% of that most recent contribution and stop any further charges.

This rule applies regardless of how many months the monthly donation has been active. No reason needs to be given.

5. Contributions for previous months

Funds for monthly contributions made earlier than 14 calendar days before the request are not refundable. They are deemed an accepted voluntary donation to the project.

If the most recent monthly charge occurred more than 14 days ago, the funds are not refunded; we only stop any further charges.

6. Technical errors

If a confirmed technical failure has occurred — in particular, a double charge, a charge for an incorrect amount, or a charge after a confirmed termination of the monthly donation — the funds are refunded in full, regardless of the time of the request.

7. How to submit a refund request

Please send an email to refund@kova.art with the subject line "Refund request". In the email, please indicate:

A response to a request is provided within 3 business days.

8. How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed via the WayForPay payment processor to the same payment instrument from which the payment was made, unless otherwise required by the rules of the payment processor or by law.

The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the issuing bank or the payment processor and is normally up to 7 banking days after the refund has been approved.

Refunds are made in the amount agreed upon as a result of the review of the request.

9. Disputes

The parties shall first endeavour to resolve any disputes through negotiation.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. A complaint may also be filed via the payment processor — wayforpay.com/protection.
